الامين العام للامم المتحدة بان كي مون يعتبر تزايد انشطة حزب الله والميليشيات المسلحة الاخرى تهديداً لاستقرار لبنان وتخلق مناخا من التخويف مع اقتراب الانتخابات المقررة في السابع من يوليو/ حزيران المقبل.
