الناخبون في بلدة صغيرة بولاية ميسوري الأمريكية يقومون بانتخاب عمدة مدينتهم الذي يحظى بشعبية طاغية لفترة رابعة رغم وفاته قبل عدة اسابيع بسكتة قلبية.
