J2se 6،0 مع العديد من الميزات الجديدة والتحديثات مع الحفاظ على التوافق والاستقرار. تسمح لك هذه الحزمة المهمة بان تلعب ألعاب على الإنترنت ، والدردشه مع الناس في جميع انحاء العالم ، ومشاهدة الصور في صورة ثلاثية الابعاد. هذه التطبيقات ، وكتب في لغة البرمجه جافا ، ويطلق عليهم اسم "بريمجات". الشركات ايضا استخدامتطبيقات جافا لتطبيقات الشبكه الداخلية وغيرها من حلول الاعمال الالكترونيه
