أوكرانيا توقع اتفاقية مع الاتحاد الأوروبي في بروكسل، ممهدة الطريق لاستثمارات غربية بقيمة 3.4 مليار دولار تهدف إلى تطوير أنابيب الغاز الأوكرانية.
