حكمت المحكمة بعدم دستورية نص المادة (65) من لائحة العاملين ببنك ناصر الإجتماعى الصادر بقرار مجلس إدارة البنك بتاريخ 6/1/1980 – وقبل تعديلها بقرار مجلس إدارة البنك فى 21/2/2001- فيما تضمنه من وضع حد أقصى للمقابل النقدي لرصيد الإجازات السنوية لا يجاوز أجر أربعة أشهر متى كان عدم الحصول على هذا الرصيد راجعاً إلى أسباب تقتضيها مصلحة العمل0
