المفوضية الأوروبية تعلن أن قوانينها الجديدة ستسمح باستخدام الركاب لهواتفهم المحمولة على متن الطائرات التي تحلق في أجواء القارة، بشرط أن تكون على ارتفاع ثلاثة آلاف متر أو أكثر.
