نزح مئات آلاف الفلسطينيين قسرا من المناطق الشرقية لمدينة خان يونس (جنوبي قطاع غزة) بعد إعلان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بدء عملية عسكرية مفاجئة، وهو ما أسفر عن سقوط عشرات الشهداء والجرحى.
