تراجعت أسعار النفط بعد أن أسفر الإعصار بيريل الذي ضرب مركزا رئيسيا لإنتاج النفط في ولاية تكساس الأميركية عن أضرار أقل من المتوقع، وهو ما هدّأ المخاوف إزاء اضطراب الإمدادات.
