أجرى فريق دولي من خبراء حماية الطبيعة تقييما معمقا لأكبر 100 محمية بحرية في العالم، وخلصوا إلى أن الحكومات تقصر عن الوفاء بوعدها في الحماية الفعالة للتنوع البيولوجي.
