أكد الجيش الروسي الثلاثاء أنه يتقدم بعمق في الخطوط الدفاعية الأوكرانية في منطقة خاركيف في شمال شرق البلاد، في حين قال وزير الخارجية الأميركي*أنتوني بلينكن، إن مساعدات أميركية بدأت في الوصول لأوكرانيا.
