استبعد مراقبون وسياسيون عراقيون فرضية إجراء انتخابات تشريعية مبكرة وأرجعوها لعدة أسباب أبرزها الخلاف المتواصل على حل البرلمان وعدم انتخاب مجلس مفوضين جديد واستمرار حالة الانسداد السياسي في البلاد.
