يبدو "الحرب الأهلية" سياسيا بامتياز، وإن لم تصدر ولو إشارة صغيرة نحو واقع محدد، لكن ما أثاره من مخاوف سياسية وإنسانية أكبر بكثير مما يمكن أن يقدمه فيلم، عرض بتوقيت مناسب، حيث تقترب المعركة الانتخابية.
