وافق أعضاء البرلمان في توغو أمس الجمعة على تغييرات في دستور البلاد تتعلق بتحديد فترات الرئاسة وكيفية انتخاب الرؤساء، وهو ما أدانه بعض الساسة المعارضين ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ووصفوه بأنه انقلاب دستوري.
