أعلنت حكومة الوحدة الوطنية الليبية -أمس الجمعة- أن رئيسها عبد الحميد الدبيبة وقع بصفته وزيرا للدفاع في حكومته مذكرة تفاهم عسكرية مع وزير الدفاع التركي ياشار غولر.
