قال مسؤول السياسة الخارجية بالاتحاد الأوروبي، جوزيب بوريل، إن أغلبية الدول الأوروبية ستطالب إسرائيل بعدم إطلاق عملية عسكرية في رفح، في حين دعت منظمة العفو دول العالم إلى مراجعة علاقاتها بإسرائيل.
