مهندس ميكانيك فلسطيني وقائد في كتائب القسام، ولد عام 1956. ترك العمل في وكالة ناسا وعاد إلى قطاع غزة. يعتبر من مطوري القدرات العسكرية للمقاومة. وصفه الإعلام الإسرائيلي بعد اغتياله بـ"الصيد الثمين".
