أفاد الجيش الأوكراني بتعرض مناطق عديدة في البلاد لهجمات روسية بالطائرات المسيرة والصواريخ استهدفت بنية تحتية حيوية، في حين أعلن جهاز الأمن الأوكراني تمكنه من الكشف عن عملية فساد في الجيش.
