وكالة المفوضية الدولية لشؤون اللاجئين التابعة للأمم المتحدة تعرب عن خشيتها على سلامة وأمن مئات الآلاف من اللاجئين المدنيين الذين أُرغموا على الفرار من منازلهم من جرَّاء القتال الدائر شرقي جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.
