قال وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يوآف غالات إن العملية البرية المحتملة في غزة ستستغرق ما يصل إلى 3 أشهر، في حين أعلن جيش الاحتلال أنه كثف هجماته على القطاع تمهيدا لما يسميها المرحلة التالية من الحرب.
