سلاح روسي صممته وطورته الشركة الروسية "أومسك ترانسماش" (Omsk Transmash)، ويعتبر الأشد فتكا وتدميرا بعد السلاح النووي، فهو قادر على إطلاق حزمة صواريخ ذات نوعين من الرؤوس الحربية، حرارية وحارقة.
