عبر الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش عن أسفه لقرار روسيا عدم تمديد اتفاقية الحبوب المبرمة مع أوكرانيا برعاية الأمم المتحدة وتركيا، فيما حذرت الولايات المتحدة من تفاقم أزمة الأمن الغذائي.
