اعتمد مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف مشروع قرار تقدمت به باكستان نيابة عن منظمة التعاون الإسلامي لإدانة أعمال الكراهية الدينية مثل حرق المصحف رغم معارضة دول غربية وفي مقدمتها الولايات المتحدة.
