قال وزير الخارجية الأميركي إن زيارته للصين تهدف لإقامة اتصالات قوية ومفتوحة لتمكين البلدين من إدارة العلاقات بمسؤولية. كما تحدث بلينكن عن نشر رؤوس نووية روسية في بيلاروسيا والاتصالات مع إيران.
