قال مسؤول السياسة الخارجية بالاتحاد الأوروبي إن الاتحاد لم يكن ليختار مسار تطبيع علاقاته مع دمشق مثلما فعلت الجامعة العربية، مضيفا بمؤتمر دولي عن سوريا أنه لا يمكن للعالم تجاهل محنة اللاجئين السوريين.
