أعلن رئيس الوزراء الإثيوبي آبي أحمد مساء الأحد بدء مفاوضات سلام مع جماعة متمردة في منطقة أوروميا الأكبر والأكثر تعدادا للسكان في البلاد، التي تحيط بالعاصمة أديس أبابا.
