أعلن الرئيس الأميركي جو بايدن الأربعاء عن تمويل جديد لتعزيز الديمقراطيات حول العالم، وذلك خلال قمة دولية امتنعت عشرات الدول*عن الانضمام لإعلان صدر عن القمة يحدد الالتزامات بالمبادئ الديمقراطية.
