لم يشكل قرار وزارة الخزانة الأميركية فرض عقوبات على مصرف لبناني مفاجأة في ظل تصاعد لهجة دوائر القرار بواشنطن ضد حزب الله، فهل يدفع القطاع المصرفي اللبناني ثمن هذه العقوبات؟
