قال رئيس الوزراء السوداني عبد الله حمدوك إن بلاده بحاجة لمساعدات بقيمة ثمانية مليارات دولار، وكشف عن اتصالات مع الإدارة الأميركية لرفع اسم السودان من قائمة الدول الراعية للإرهاب.
