مسؤول سابق في الخارجية الامريكية كان مكلفا بمكافحة المخدرات يقول ان الرئيس الافغاني حامد كرزاي يعرقل الحرب على المخدرات في بلاده ويوفر الحماية لكبار تجار المخدرات لاسباب سياسية
