قال بيان للرئاسة الفرنسية إن الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون أجرى مباحثات هاتفية "مطولة" مع نظيره الإيراني حسن روحاني كرر خلالها الدعوة لتهيئة "الظروف" من أجل "نزع فتيل" التوتر بين طهران وواشنطن.
