قال مسؤولون إن ثلاثة انفجارات وقعت في العاصمة الأفغانية كابل اليوم الخميس، أحدها أصاب حافلة تقل موظفين حكوميين، مما أدى إلى مقتل 12 شخصا على الأقل.
