الطريقة
يغلى الماء المعد للرز لوحده مع البهارات جميعاً. .1
يحمس البصل حتى يذبل في الزيت في قدر الرز. .2
يوضع القرع ثم الرز ويقلب دقيقة. .3
يسكب الماء المغلي على الرز والدبا ويغطى إلى أن ينضج وبالهناء والعافية. .4
