بعد الجدل الذي أثاره تطبيق فيس آب حول مشاكل الخصوصية والخوف من التجسس خصوصا بعد معرفة أن الصور لا تعالج على الأجهزة مباشرة، خرجت الشركة عن صمتها وأصدرت بيانا توضيحيا.
