تجسد المسرحية مفهوم الظلم الذي تعيشه العديد من البلدان العربية عبر شخصية القاضي الذي تربطه علاقة رشوة وفساد بأحد الفرانيين، وكلما ارتكب الفران جرما خلصه القاضي من كل الادعاء ضده.
