ربما استشعر العراق شيئا من حرارة اللهيب الذي قد يستعر بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، فسارع للإعلان عن عزمه إرسال وفدين إلى العاصمتين طهران وواشنطن من أجل "دفع الأمور للتهدئة" بينهما.
