على إيقاع التصعيد الحالي بالمنطقة، وبعد عقود من النزاعات المتتالية، يجد العراق نفسه اليوم مجددا محور شد حبال بين واشنطن وطهران اللتين صعّدتا خطابهما أخيرا بشكل غير مسبوق.
