الرفيسة طبق مغربي تقليدي، يحضر من الدجاج -ويفضل البلدي- والعدس والبصل ونوع خاص من الخبز يسمى "مسمن"، والرفيسة مصدر جيد للبروتينات والنشويات والدهون.
