أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أنها علقت التعاون مع أميركا في إطار مذكرة تفادي الحوادث في سماء سوريا، وقالت إنها ستتعامل مع أي طائرة للتحالف غرب نهر الفرات كهدف جوي.
