يعاني مئات الآلاف من النازحين العراقيين ظروفا صعبة بمخيمات النزوح شرقي الموصل، وتزداد المعاناة مع شح المياه وانعدام الكهرباء، في ظل ارتفاع حاد لدرجات الحرارة يتزامن مع شهر رمضان المبارك.
