قتل عدد من القوات العراقية ومدنيون، معظمهم من الأطفال والنساء، بقصف جوي ومدفعي ضمن عملية اقتحام آخر معقل لتنظيم الدولة بالموصل، وسط مخاوف على مصير مئة ألف مدني.
