لم يكن اسم جماعة الإخوان المسلمين يثير الجدل داخل منظومة دول الخليج العربي قبل موجات الربيع العربي. فوجودهم ببعض الدول الخليجية يعود إلى مرحلة ما قبل الاستقلال.
