قال المرصد العراقي لحقوق الإنسان إن سكان قضاء الحويجة التابع لمحافظة كركوك يواجهون كارثة إنسانية تحت حكم تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية منذ العام 2014 وسط تجاهل تام من الحكومة العراقية.
