قتل ما لا يقل عن 28 شخصا في هجومين منفصلين، أحدهما بسيارة مفخخة شرقي أفغانستان، وآخر بعبوة ناسفة غربيها، دون أن تعلن أي جهة مسؤوليتها عن أي من الهجومين.
