بعد ثلاث سنوات ونصف السنة عاد الأسير سعد دويكات إلى ذويه، لكنه لم يكن بالهيئة التي كان عليها، فقد أنهك الإضراب جسده بعدما أصبح أصغر أسير فلسطيني يخوض هذه التجربة.
