أعلنت الشرطة البريطانية اعتقال عشرة أشخاص في عمليات دهم منذ وقوع هجوم مانشستر الاثنين الماضي الذي أدى إلى مقتل وإصابة العشرات، لكنها أطلقت سراح شخصين أحدهما سيدة.
