أعلن الرئيس الفلسطيني أن قضية الأسرى كانت محور مباحثات جرت اليوم بينه وبين المبعوث الأميركي لعملية السلام جيسون غرينبلات في مقر الرئاسة، وأنه طالب خلالها بتدخل أميركي لحل قضية الأسرى.
