اصدرت هيئة تخطيط اسرائيلية الاذن اللازم للانطلاق في تشييد 1300 وحدة سكنية جديدة للمستوطنين اليهود في محيط مدينة القدس الشرقي التي احتلتها اسرائيل عام 1967.
