أكدت حكومة النيجر اليوم أنها لن تسلم الساعدي نجل الزعيم الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي، إلى السلطات الليبية في الوقت الراهن، على الرغم من "انتهاكه" شروط منحه حق اللجوء بتصريحات تلفزيونية وصفتها بأنها "تخريبية".
