قال السفير الروسي في الأمم المتحدة إن بلاده ستستخدم حق النقض (الفيتو) على أي مشروع قرار بشأن سوريا لا تراه مقبولا. في الوقت الذي وجهت منظمة العفو الدولية انتقادات حادة لموقف موسكو تجاه إصدار قرار من مجلس الأمن.
