منظمة العفو الدولية تنتقد في تقريرها السنوي سجل الدول الغربية وحكومات الشرق الاوسط في مجال حقوق الانسان. لماذا فشل العالم في الحد من انتهاكات حقوق الانسان؟ هل يتحمل الغرب مسؤولية أكبر من غيره في هذه المجال؟
